How do I clear the cache in Premiere Pro?.So.either I need help deleting the cache manually and have it not 500, or I need to be able to log in somehow, bypassing the Alternate Login URL - and then once in the dashboard I will be fine. I've removed this from the mdl_config table manually and it's now blank, but if you click login on the moodle frontpage, it still redirects there - so I'm guessing that's the cache. On windows the Alternate Log In URL was completed to point to the plugin page on wordpress. However, The only reason I'm trying to delete the cache in the first place is so that I can log in. I've restored the cache and it works, without the css. But, when I emptied the cache I get 500 errors.

I should also apologise in that the /cache/ directory is under the root, and not app_data, typo from me. Which thanks to the first poster is now disabled in the config.php. The Edwiser plugin can be safely ignored - it's a wordpress plugin which just gives a local cookie based on webservices. The landing page sees the site and it loads up - albeit with no CSS. We've just moved here from IIS, which was working fine - it's the same database - repointed the config.php to it. No, it's NGINX and PHP-FPM on CentOS 7 (PVHVM). We may have to appeal to any Windows expert in these forums. So insert the debug lines and let's see what we can see. we're getting into that arena of trouble shooting on that platform. You'd have to check Edwiser docs for that.Īnd we now see it's Windows. could be that there is a redirect for any request coming to moodle to force users to use Edwiser login. So, to see what's going on now, we have to copy the degugging lines from config-dist.php of your moodle code (those lines are commented in that file and you can find them), put those lines into your active config.php so we can see what's going on with the error 500's.Īm not familiar with the Edwiser plugin. Sounds like the web server (now assuming IIS as you've not shared that info here) user doesn't have correct ownerships/permissions to re-create the files in cache. But, you've mentioned 'App Cache' which doesn't sound like the typical moodledata/cache directory to me. Still in that version one should be able to manually remove. version 2.9.x doesn't have localcache (that's 3.x).
